We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, close to the beach and different restaurants. The bungalows were clean and cozy, nestled in nature, and we appreciated the great service we received from the staff. On the downside, the breakfast buffet could get quite chaotic, and there were some cleanliness issues in our bungalow. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway for our family, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean, but the dining experience left something to be desired due to cold food at breakfast. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing getaway, but some aspects of service and dining could use improvement.

Hamilton Island has its pros and cons. The bungalows are spacious and clean but need a bit more storage and updates, especially the dining venues. While the food at Coca Chu was fantastic, the service and ambiance at Sails were disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed during peak times, which affected our experience. Overall, the island itself is beautiful, but service improvements and facility upgrades are necessary for a better stay.

Rooms
7.0
The bungalows were clean and spacious, perfect for a family stay. However, they could use more storage and better furniture, especially for dining.
Service
5.0
While the staff made attempts to be accommodating, many seemed unfriendly and overworked, leading to a frustrating experience at times.
Location
7.0
The location is good, close to various amenities and the beach, but not exceptional when compared to other resorts.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and service at Sails was not what I expected, especially considering the prices. Coca Chu's food was excellent, but overall there was a lack of variety.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like the pools were not well maintained, and the adult-only venue restrictions were also disappointing for families. Upgrades are needed.
